Profit split (even, 3 ways) — net profit

Splits net profit: profit on cards actually sold, minus business expenses.

Buy-in settlement — who owes whom

PartnerFair sharePaid inBalance
Buy-in excludes the expenses below.

Expenses

Business expenses reduce net profit (and the profit split) but never change any card's cost or past profit. PSA grading fees are added to that card's cost and listed here so the full amount is visible; they reduce profit when the card sells. None of this touches the buy-in settlement.

Reports (CSV → Excel / Google Sheets)

Dates filter the P/L sales (blank = all time). Inventory is always current. The backup holds every card, sale and setting — keep a copy somewhere safe.

Add card

Copies sent get their own row if the row has other copies (so past profit never changes). A grading fee is added to just those copies' cost and is also listed under Expenses. Enter the fee whenever you know it — when sending or when it comes back.
